The Endura Wall System can be used for an addition and can be used on interior walls to create a cold storage space or a home theater. Overall, the Endura Wall System is a system to use for exterior walls, but it has other flexible use cases.
Endura Wall System is a relatively fast build process since it is primarily like building blocks. No special trade skills are needed, and training and support are available.
Endura Wall System can be built by a homeowner with some training which we can provide in the form of videos, a trainer or a small crew. If you choose this, keep in mind, as the owner-builder, you have a significant responsibility to manage the entire construction process, including coordinating permits, inspections, and subcontractors.
TV mounts, pictures, anything mounted on the wall must use a concrete anchor, which are easily available at any local hardware store, like Home Depot and Lowe's.
The Endura Wall System is an insulated masonry block wall system which consists of three primary components:
1) Specially configured Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) Block
2) Uniquely configured Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam insulation inserts
3) Surface bonding Structure Coat applied onto both sides of the installed block wall
Rebar and Grout are also incorporated into the wall system for additional structural strength. The combination of these components, including the chemical bonding of the structure coat to the CMU block during the cure process, makes a mass wall instead of just individual parts. The Endura Wall System is stronger than a typical masonry wall and is more energy efficient, fire and flood resistant, bug and rodent proof, quieter than a recording studio and even practically bulletproof.
